DELIVERY TIME FRAME

Delivery time is calculated as the sum of processing time and shipping time.

Once your payment has been successfully received, we immediately begin preparing your order. Processing typically takes between 1 to 2 business days.
Please note: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

  • Standard Shipping within the US: 3–4 business days

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • US Orders (Standard Shipping): 4–6 business days (processing + shipping)

ORDER MODIFICATIONS (ADDRESS OR PRODUCT CHANGES)

Requests to change the shipping address or modify items in your order may result in an additional 1–2 business days of processing time.
We do our best to accommodate changes, but adjustments require careful verification to avoid errors, which can extend the fulfillment timeline.

SHIPPING FEES

We proudly offer free shipping within the United States, regardless of how many items you order—no shipping charges, ever.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number within 2–3 business days.

TRACKING NUMBER ISSUES

Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking number to be activated in the courier’s system.

MISSING ITEMS

If you notice any missing items in your shipment, please contact our customer service team at support@imagened.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Include your order number and a brief description of the missing item(s) to help us resolve the matter promptly.
